MILRUCK BRAVE
Based on basic ranger training, +4 hours. An introduction to the MILRUCK challenges which everybody, unless quitters, can pass.

STANDARD
>90% are assessed to pass BRAVE if they have prepared according to MILRUCKs training plan or equal functional fitness. Earn your patch and make new friends along the way.

MILRUCK TOUGH
Based on ranger selection and training, +12 hours and 15-25 km long. If you only gonna do one challenge, chose this one. The ultimate unconventional fitness test.

STANDARD 
70% are assessed to pass TOUGH if the have prepared according to MILRUCKs training plan or other functional training. Earn your patch and make new friends along the way.

MILRUCK ELITE
Based on a wider range of ranger training than the other events. +24 hours and 55-75 km. ELITE is not for everybody. Elite without being elitist. 

STANDARD
50% are assessed to pass ELITE if they have prepared accordingly. ELITE starts with a PT-test, which include but are not limited to: 40 push-ups, 40 sit-ups, 8 strict pull-ups and 20 km Ruck-run.
